Sarah, I got the bookshelf from CB2 - it's called the Scaffold Bookcase. It looks as good in person as it does in pictures!
Revisionista - the blue cylinder container is actually empty. It's actually meant to be a wine gift box. I found it at a home goods store and thought it would look gorgeous as a decor piece!
